I Took a Little Trip...

Contemplating my journey

It's good to be home! After several trips visiting a few incredible different places, seeing amazing sights, and recharging my heart, soul, and mind, I am happy to finally be back on home soil. Confirming that I am still COVID-free means the plethora of travel-related health screenings were perhaps a blessing in disguise.

Of all the various exotic and exciting locales in which I stopped, I would have to say one was the most enriching and enlightening. (For the safety of myself and those who facilitated my trip, I cannot say where this was.) The people of this place have withstood a relentless assault on their culture and way of life for the past seventy years. Their strength and resilience is nothing short of inspiring.

During my time there, I was privileged enough to engage in several personalized learning experiences. Throughout my life, I have utilized meditation as a way to focus my thoughts, balance my emotions, and align my creative flow productively. The thought that it would even be possible for me to learn new meditation techniques is something I would have found laughable before my trip. It was a pleasant surprise to find that I still had much to learn.

While I owe a lot of my success to the support of family, friends, mentors, and business associates, ultimately I had a vision of what I wanted to accomplish and I knew that I would have to put in the work. Visualizing my end goals and working to manifest them has always served me well. Learning to hone this skill was another benefit of my visit.

While the internet is certainly available in urban areas like the beautiful holy city where I spent some of my time, my journey took me to more remote areas where I could truly "unplug". In isolation and silence, you can learn quite a lot about yourself and the world. Being so far from home, I was able to reexamine many aspects of myself. I wiped away many unnecessary elements and started over with a clean slate. During my time there, my soul felt energized. In some ways I felt as if I had finally become a whole person.

I was fortunate enough to participate in a few personal "workshops" whereby I learned novel techniques for focusing my thoughts, manifesting my goals, and overcoming creative blocks. Training to foster the mental hygiene and internal strength to defend against negative energy was also part of my studies. At the end of my training, I felt cleansed, rejuvenated, and possessed once again of the vigor of my youth.

Upon returning home, I walked through the front door of my house, my step light and free. Earth's gravity no longer holds my soul down. Soon, a new era of creativity will dawn upon the world. There is much to be done and I am excited to get back to work with the Dream Axiom team.
